Friday.

Friday morning, my family headed out to the co-op's end-of-the-year picnic. It was blazing hot. I got the tan of my life. We played us some bocce ball and volleyball, ate lunch, waded in the lake...

Once that was over, I left with Cherish to hang out with her for the afternoon. (Because hello, school's out.)

That night, a group from N-ville arrived in town for M:X training the next day. (All of them will be on the M:X Dominican trip with me, I'm so excited!) Cherish and I went to meet up with them and Heather at the mall. After Chick-Fil-A and Chinese in the food court, we proceeded to Bath & Body Works and Yankee Candle Company to sniff all their scents. (haha some smelled horrible...especially that butter rum (?) candle. But that tropical salsa one was amazing.) At one point, we went into the lobby area and pulled a bunch of chairs and couches together to sit and talk. It was like a little living room in the middle of the mall.
