'Twas the Night Before Christmas
'Twas the night before Christmas
And the baby was happy
He was sucking his thumb
And talking to a chappy,
"Did I mention," said the baby to the boy,
"Sucking my thumb brings me happiness and joy."
And the baby kept sucking,
And sucking, and sucking,
By this time the boy was staring in dismay,
"I think your thumb is starting to decay."
'Twas the Night Before Christmas, 2
'Twas the night before Christmas
And the baby was tired,
But he was still thinking of the cake man he hired,
The cake looked so yummy,
That his tummy was growling,
He so wished he could eat it
And his fingers were prowling,
As soon as he was completely able,
He was going to grab
The cake off the table
And munch it up 'til he was satisfied,
Even though his conscience defied
