Ohayo!

Late Friday afternoon, I came back from a week-long retreat in Daytona with 20 Japanese college students and 20 American students. It was headed up by Mission to Japan and was a total blast -- one of the best weeks ever, seriously. Due to the relaxed setting, I had a lot of time to get to know and have fun with the Japanese students (especially Akie and Mikino who I roomed with). The reason some of the students came to America with this program was because they were interested in hearing more about Christianity. There were many great opportunities to share the gospel with them and answer any questions they had. God blessed the whole time. I made some amazing memories! ...and took pictures of course, which I'll put up when I get the chance. :)

On the downside, I was not on spring break like all of the others there....and so I have been cramming in lots of homework ever since I got back to turn in on Monday. eh. And I need to catch up on sleep.

Kabunwa (good evening),

ps: My Japanese room-mates are not used to saying "rice" in English, so when they said what we were having for lunch.....it came out to be "lice." haha
