We went outside for a while so Mia could ride her new two-wheel bike and Ella could ride her red tricycle. She didn't know how to pedal though, so she just scooted around with her feet. After getting tired of that, she took advantage of me letting her use the camera, and took about 20 zoomed up pictures of my lip, Mia's arm, and a bike handle. ;)
Eventually we went back in for their naps. (I squeezed in watching a little of You've Got Mail while they were sleeping.) Mia woke up early, and told me she wanted to throw a surprise party when Ella woke up. So we set to work. We hung pretend balloons, filled bowls with popcorn, cheesedoodles, and Goldfish (ha! who cared about grams of fat anyway?!), made a tent, and prepared a mermaid puppet show. Ella LOVED it all ... except she was quickly bored with the puppet show. She has a two-minutes-and-then-I'll-run-off-and-eat-some-more-cheesedoodles-attention - span.
*muah* I love them. Their personalities are quite vivacious.
